WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCTS SPECIFICALLY INDICATED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE AS MANUFACTURED BY FAITHFUL ROOTS AND PURCHASED FROM THE SITE WWW.FAITHFULROOTS.COM WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.

WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, RE-PERFORMANCE OR REFUND AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. NEITHER ANY PERFORMANCE OR OTHER CONDUCT, NOR ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, STATEMENT OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY US OR ANY OF OUR SUPPLIERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES WILL CREATE A WARRANTY, OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OR DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

1. Who May Use This Warranty?

This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of products and services from the Site. It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product or any transferee or other beneficiary of the service.

2. What Does This Warranty Cover?

This limited warranty covers during the Warranty Period (as defined below) defects in materials and workmanship in products and services purchased from the Site.

3. What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to:

(i) transportation;

(ii) storage;

(iii) improper use;

(iv) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance;

(v) modifications;

(vi) cleaning chemicals or processes;

(vii) unauthorized repair;

(viii) normal wear and tear, including, without limitation, flattening, settling, or softening of foams and fibers in a Product; 

(ix) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control; or

(x) commercial use (this Warranty applies only to Products used in normal residential settings).

4. What is the Period of Coverage?

This limited warranty lasts as provided below (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or re-perform a warranted service. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

Case Good Furniture:

Our wood pieces are warranted to be free of defects in materials and by workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery. Solid wood is a natural material that adapts and responds to changes in humidity and temperature. Additionally, your wood piece will vary in pattern, texture, and markings which are all expected and beloved features of an organic material.

Upholstered Furniture:

Frames and springs, when subjected to normal use under normal conditions, are warranted for five (5) years and must be in its original covering. Swivels in our pieces are warranted for three (3) years from the date of delivery. Any synthetic and feather down cushions are warranted against loss of resiliency for five (5) years to the original purchaser, with proof of ownership. Any loss of resiliency does not include slight softening of a cushion or flattening to the casing. Our warranty on upholstery does not cover fading or any of the limitations listed in Section 3. To avoid damage to your Faithful Roots pieces and void of warranty, we encourage you to care for your pieces with our cleaning and maintenance instructions found on our Materials page.

Fabric and Textiles:

Fabric coverings, excluding items covered using Customer's Own Material (COM)(whether supplied directly by the purchaser or another party on the purchaser’s behalf), are warranted for one (1) year against manufacturing defects, seam slippage, pilling (unless pilling is a natural characteristic), or shrinkage (subject to the limitations in Section 3). At Faithful Roots, we do our best to align and match fabric patterns, however we do not offer a warranty on COM.

5. What Are Your Remedies Under This Warranty?

With respect to any defective products during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (i) repair or replace such products (or the defective part) free of charge or (ii) refund the purchase price of such products. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective products.

With respect to any defective services during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (i) repair or re-perform the defective services free of charge or (ii) refund the purchase price of such services.

6. How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?

To obtain warranty service, provide a legible copy of your original receipt of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product, part, or component and email us at info@faithfulroots.com during the Warranty Period to obtain a warranty authorization. No warranty service will be provided without prior warranty authorization.
