All Faithful Roots furniture is sealed for protection. However, any finish can be damaged by heat, moisture, and many household cleaners. Protect surfaces with coasters, placemats, and felt pads. Care for your furniture according to its material.

WOOD

Solid wood is a living material that responds to its environment, especially temperature and moisture changes. Slight cracking is not unusual. Maintain consistent humidity levels to prevent warping. For daily care, dry dust and wipe with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Dry residual moisture with a clean cloth. If needed, use only an ammonia-free cleaner or diluted mild soap like dishwashing detergent.

STONE

Stone surfaces are honed and sealed. Proper care will ensure the sealant remains effective. To clean, dry dust and wipe with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. If needed, use a diluted mild soap or cleaner designed for stone surfaces and always buff dry.

DANISH CORD + CANE

These handwoven materials only require dry dusting to prevent buildup. Avoid extreme heat and low humidity which can cause the fibers to become brittle. Dab spills and stains promptly with a damp cloth.

To revive and protect your furniture, finishes and sealants may be reapplied over time. For additional care information please contact info@faithfulroots.com.
